Diabetes Grey-Bruce – Education Program
The Hanover & District Hospital through a partnership with Diabetes Grey Bruce offers support to those with diabetes. Diabetes Grey Bruce is a regional team of Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians and a Nurse Practitioner who offers support, education and treatment options for those living with diabetes and for those at risk.
