Scheduling an Appointment

To make an appointment please call Patient Registration/Appointment Booking Office at 519-364-2340 ext. 260, Monday to Friday (7am - 5pm) & Saturday (7am-3pm). Please ensure you have your health care ready when calling.

Please remember to bring in your paper requisition when arriving for your appointment

You may be put on hold briefly - should all personnel be occupied.

Parking

Parking is available on-site for patients and visitors at a rate of $3 per exit. All parking revenue is reinvested directly into patient care and hospital equipment, helping support high-quality care in our community.

For added convenience, visitors may purchase multi-exit parking passes with no expiry date:

12 exits - $18
20 exits - $30
30 exits - $45

Parking can be paid by debit or credit card at the exit gate or at the pay machined located in the Main Lobby. Cash payments are accepted at Registration or Switchboard. Receipts are available from the Main Lobby pay machine, Registration or Switchboard.

For short visits, 15-minute parking spaces are available outside the parking gates for quick drop-ins and pick-ups. Patient drop-offs can be done so in front of the main entrance. Accessible parking spaces are available near hospital entrances.
