Wellness & Mental Health Champions

The Wellness & Mental Health Champions Committee is made up of staff representatives who generate activities for positive staff morale and mental health and provide the staff, physicians and volunteers with a great place to work. Activities include Holiday Celebrations, Food for staff, BBQs, competitions, spirit days and more.

Employee & Family Assistance Program

The Employee & Family Assistance Program is provided through Homewood Health and provides confidential and voluntary support services that can help employees face a variety of life’s challenges. All employees and their immediate family members can receive anonymous support over the telephone, in person, online and through a variety of self-guided services.

Achieving Excellence

A partnership has been developed with Huron (formerly StuderGroup) to help hardwire excellence within our organization. This relationship provides our management team with ongoing coaching support and leadership development opportunities.


Brain Train

A quarterly training event held for all staff to stay current and up to date on training and ensure compliance with necessary governing bodies of legislation.
