Unplanned Service Interruption – External Telephone and Fax Outage

Please be advised that Hanover & District Hospital has initiated a Code Grey due to an external communication issue. External phone and fax lines are currently down. Incoming calls are intermittent and no outgoing calls are being connected. Email communication is active and working.
It has been determined this issue is that of the telecommunications provider and HDH is working with the provider to restore services as soon as possible. An update will be provided when more information is received.
In case of an emergency, please dial 9-1-1 accordingly.
